Our beautiful trees define our neighborhood and our
residents define our spirit of community.
We have an active neighborhood association, a Spring and
Fall General Meeting and multiple events throughout the
year.
A dedicated board and committee members provide the
structure and communicate with our residents through a
bi-monthly newsletter, email blasts, a Facebook page and
this website.
The Garden Club works hard to maintain our common areas
and participates in the Garden & Artisan's Tour.
Fun fund raising events such as Casino & Poker Night and
a Taste of Italy are part of the Service League's
commitment to keep neighbors engaged.
Our Seniors Group holds an annual event to honor our
senior residents. The spread of food is enough to
make all residents want to be a Senior.
Our neighborhood association has liaisons with Sanger
Elementary, The Love of the Lake organization, the
Ferguson Road Initiative and the Arboretum.
